You may or may not know that I love little feet. There is just something about them that I love. Maybe it is because I am a huge size 7 and there is no way mine were EVER that cute and tiny. Hands are lovely, but they are out in the open for all to see. I adore pink, scrunched up toes. Toes are usually just that little bit sensitive to the touch. It’s a beautiful thing to watch when you tickle ever so slightly on the sole of a young one. Sandy dirty toes are even better. Next baby shoot I do will be at the beach so I can get sandy toes. These just a few of my favourite photos that I have.
This one is Troy. He was Born 3 months premature. You can see how tiny his feet are cos they both fitted into one pants leg. Total accident I assure you. It makes a great shot don’t you think?
One of the ways to chart a family and it’s growth is to photograph shoes. It is something you could do yourself. Retrospectively it will be one of those projects that will mean so much more.
I wish I had left spaces in the shoes shots so I could add to them. Two of my families have had new additions and I’d love to be able to add to the collection. Maybe when I fly back to the UK one day I can add the new ones. 🙂
